  • Take 1 tablet in the evening, 30 minutes before retiring for sleep.

  • Each tablet contains,   Extracts equivalent to the dried: Zizyphus jujuba seed (Zizyphus) 10 g Humulus lupulus flower (Hops) 1.5 g Prunus cerasus fruit (Sour cherry) 1.2 g Magnesium citrate anhydrous 494 mg  - equivalent to magnesium 80 mg Colloidal anhydrous silica Magnesium stearate Croscarmellose sodium Calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate Microcrystalline cellulose Hypromellose Carnauba wax.
