Click & Collect – Terms & Conditions
1. General
1.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to all Click & Collect orders placed through Health 2000 (www.health2000.co.nz).
1.2 By selecting Click & Collect at checkout, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Click & Collect is available at participating Health 2000 stores nationwide.
2.2 Product availability varies by location and may change at any time.
3. Ordering Process
3.1 Select the Click & Collect option at checkout and choose your preferred store.
3.2 You will receive:
-
an Order Confirmation email once your order is placed, and
-
a Ready for Collection email or phone call once your order is available to pick up.
3.3 Please wait for the Ready for Collection notification before visiting the store. Items may not be immediately available.
4. Collection Requirements
4.1 You must present:
-
your Ready for Collection notification, and
-
valid photo ID (e.g., driver licence, passport).
4.2 If someone else is collecting your order, they must present:
-
the Ready for Collection notification, and
-
their own valid photo ID.
5. Collection Timeframe
5.1 Orders must be collected within 30 Days of receiving the Ready for Collection notification.
5.2 If the order is not collected within this period, Health 2000 may:
-
cancel the order, and
-
process a refund to the original payment method.
Delivery and payment processing fees may not be refundable.
6. Product Availability
6.1 While we aim to fulfil all Click & Collect orders promptly, some products may become unavailable or be out of stock.
6.2 If an item cannot be supplied:
-
you will be contacted, and
-
offered an alternative product, store transfer, or a refund.
7. Order Changes & Cancellations
7.1 Once an order has been placed, changes cannot always be guaranteed.
7.2 To request a change or cancellation, contact the selected store directly as soon as possible.
7.3 If the order has already been prepared, it may not be possible to modify or cancel it.
8. Returns & Refunds
8.1 Click & Collect orders follow the Health 2000 Returns Policy.
8.2 Products must be returned to the same store unless otherwise arranged.
8.3 Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Stores cannot refund directly.
9. Pricing & Payments
9.1 Prices displayed online are in NZD and include GST.
9.2 Prices may differ between online and in-store purchases.
9.3 Payment is taken at the time the order is placed.
10. Liability
10.1 Health 2000 is not liable for delays caused by stock availability, courier delays (when transferring products), or store operating hours.
10.2 We are not responsible for orders collected by unauthorised individuals when correct identification procedures are not followed.
11. Changes to Terms & Conditions
11.1 Health 2000 reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
11.2 The version displayed on the website at the time of purchase will apply to that order.
