Returns Policy

We want you to feel confident when shopping with Health 2000. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. The following policy applies to all purchases made online at www.health2000.co.nz.


1. Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of the purchase date.
Products must be unopened, unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the return is due to an error on our part.


2. Incorrect, Damaged, or Faulty Items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Provide your order number, details of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement, refund, or credit once the issue has been assessed.


3. Exclusions

Due to health and safety regulations, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrect:

  • Opened or used health supplements

  • Perishable items

  • Personal care products

  • Items purchased on clearance or marked as final sale


4. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, contact our Customer Care team:

Once approved, return the item to:

Please package the item securely. We are not responsible for damage or loss during return transit.


5. Refunds

Refunds are made to the original payment method only.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
If the item is found to have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer, a refund may be declined.


6. In-Store Returns

Click n Collect purchases may be returned in-store at participating Health 2000 locations.
The store team will verify the product condition and process your return or direct you to Customer Care if required. Refunds will not be actioned in store but will be actioned via the payment format of the initial purchase. 


7. Exchanges

Exchanges can be made for unopened products of equal value, subject to availability.
If the replacement product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.


8. Consumer Guarantees Act

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
If a product is faulty or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as required by law.
