What should I do if I feel unwell after taking BePure One?
A detox reaction can be quite common when beginning BePure One as the high-strength nature of this product up-regulates your system, including your detoxification system. This known as the 'healing crisis' where you feel worse before you feel better. Headaches or diarrhea are common detox reactions from our multivitamin BePure One. When the bowels become liquid it is usually indicating that there is something in the body that it is trying to remove. Our stool is a waste route not just for food but also for toxins that are broken down by our liver and need to exit the body. BePure One contains many nutrients that can up-regulate the effectiveness of our liver in being able to detoxify stored toxins which could be the reason for causing diarrhea and headaches when taking this product. If you feel too terrible taking 3 capsules/day then we suggest reducing BePure One capsules to 1 per day and then gradually building back up to 3 per day over the next few weeks. This should minimise your symptoms.
