Garcinia Cambogia is a small pumpkin-like fruit grown in parts of India and Asia. Lighthouse High Strength Garcinia Cambogia 12000 contains 60% hydroxy citric acid (HCA), which is thought to block the enzyme citrate lyase*, and support healthy fat metabolism. Lighthouse Garcinia Cambogia may also support healthy blood lipid and cholesterol levels and normal serotonin levels and balanced moods.

*When HCA inhibits citrate lyase, the fat-making process is halted and instead of converting sugar to fat, the liver will convert the sugar to glycogen, which is then used as energy.
