Due to the nature of the ingredients, Stress & Tension Relief supports without causing insomnia, dizziness or elevated blood pressure and is able to be used during pregnancy, by children (eg during exams), and alongside other medications.

  • Take 1 tablet (child under 14 years) or 2 tablets (adult) 3 times daily at least 15 minutes before meals. In acute cases take every two hours. Or as directed by your health care professional.If symptoms persist, consult your health care professional.
