Nature's Sunshine St. John’s Wort provides an important herb for the nervous system.

St. John’s Wort (Hypericum perforatum) has long been popular for supporting this system, as it appears to act by elevating mood and acting as a mild calmative. Also that another constituent, hyperforin, may have more powerful mood-enhancing, spirit-lifting properties.

  • Take 1 tablet in the morning and 1 in the evening with water for all-day, all-night support.

  •  Each tablet contains, 
     St. John's Wort Aerial Parts Extract
    460 mg
      - standardized to 0.3% hypericins

     Cellulose (plant fiber)  Dicalcium phosphate  Stearic acid (vegetable)  Magnesium stearate (vegetable)

  • While taking this product, avoid exposure to strong sunshine and tanning rays or tanning salons.  It is advisable to wear sunglasses when being exposed to strong sunlight conditions.  Consult your health care provider before using this product if you are taking prescription antidepressant drugs, including SSRIs and MAOIs.  Not recommended for use by pregnant or lactating women. Keep out of the reach of children.
