5-HTP is a precursor to serotonin, a neurotransmitter involved in sending messages through the nervous system and may support relaxing a anxious mind and overworked nervous system. Included in this complex is magnesium - that helps support muscle relaxation and sleep, valerian root - herbal sleep support and vitamin B6 - a helpful B vitamin for stress relief.

5-HTP may also help support weight management as it supports good mood, that may help reduce the chance of binge or overeating, from stress.

  • Take one to two vegetable capsules daily with juice or water, in between meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed directions for use.
