  • Take 1 capsule with food in the morning and night, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner.

     Standardised saffron (Crocus sativus) extract
    30mg
      - providing 3% crocin, 2% safranil
     Bio-Curcumin BCM95®  25:1 extract
    250mg
      - std to 95% total curcuminoids

    Vegetable cellulose (capsule), vegetable stearate, silica.
