Blackmores Deep Sleep is a specially formulated tablet to support deep and restful sleep every night. With a combination of valerian, ziziphus, hops and magnesium. Blackmores Deep Sleep improves sleep quality, and relieves restless sleep to help wake up refreshed.

Deep Sleep promotes deep sleep which is the sleep stage that contributes to the restorative function of sleep. Valerian and magnesium as well as traditional herbs including hops, traditionally used in Western herbal medicine and ziziphus, traditionally used in Chinese medicine.

  • Adults - Take 2 tablets once a day, 30 minutes to an hour before bedtime.

  • Active ingredients per tablet:
    Magnesium phosphate pentahydrate (Magnesium 75mg) 363mg
    Ziziphus (Zizyphys jujube var spinosa) extract dry conc.250 mg equiv.dry seed 5g
    Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) extract dry conc.300 mg equiv.dry root 1.2g
    Hops (Humulus Lupulus) extract dry conc.40 mg equiv. dry fruit 200mg.
