With Passionflower, lavender, chamomile, Californian poppy and tart cherry, Deep Sleep contains a number of relaxing herbs and nutrients that support the body's natural production of our sleep hormone melatonin - to help you fall asleep and stay asleep.

Lavender Flower - Lavender Flower offers soothing properties that help to calm the mind and relax the body, aiding in the transition to sleep and enhancing overall sleep quality.

Tart Cherry - Tart Cherry is a natural source of melatonin, the hormone that regulates sleep-wake cycles, making it easier to fall asleep and stay asleep throughout the night.

    Will Deep Sleep make me drowsy?
    Deep Sleep is a relaxant rather than a sedative, so if taken as directed it should not make you drowsy but rather support your body to relax and unwind into a peaceful sleep when your head hits the pillow. This also means you should wake up feeling clear-headed, well-rested, and ready to take on your day.
    Can I take this with my medication?
    Deep Sleep may enhance the sedative effect of any sleep or drowsy medication, so please consult with your health professional first.
    Can I drink alcohol and take Deep Sleep?
    It is not recommended to consume alcohol and Deep Sleep together (i.e. within a few hours of each other).
    Is Deep Sleep safe for children?
    Deep Sleep is recommended for ages 12+ only, and at the following doses: 12 -13-year-olds we recommend only 1 capsule, 14 -15-year-olds can take up to 2 capsules, 16+ can take the full dose of 3 capsules.
    Can Deep Sleep be taken with other BePure products?
    Yes, Deep Sleep is safe to take with any other products in the BePure range. For optimal sleep support, we recommend taking it alongside Magnesium Restore.
    Can I take Deep Sleep while pregnant or breastfeeding?
    There is no evidence to support the safety of the herbal ingredients in Deep Sleep during pregnancy and breastfeeding, so we do not recommend using Deep Sleep while pregnant or breastfeeding.
