Cramp Med Relief is also available in convenient oral spray and tablet form.

  • Apply liberally to the affected area 3 or 4 times a day as required. Do not apply to broken skin.

  • Herbal tinctures of,  Arnica Capsicum  Hypericum Homoeopathic potencies of,  Belladonna Hepar Sulph  Natural, algae-derived gel base

  • Do not apply to broken skin.  For best results use both the gel and oral treatment together. Nutritional supplements of Magnesium and Calcium may be beneficial. Try massage and stretching exercises for affected muscles. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional.
