The two key ingredient for Gut Regular are Sunfiber® PHGG and Lactospore® Bacillus.

Sunfiber® PHGG supports to regulate the gut that keeps things moving regardless of whether your bowels are fast or slow, and is safe for all irritable/functional bowel complaints. This also supports constipation, diarrhoea, bloating, flatulence and abdominal pain, and is certified low FODMAP.

Lactospore® Bacillus comes in a therapeutic dose of the most researched spore based probiotic that helps reduce leaky gut and inflammation. Making it ideal support against Irritable Bowel Syndrom (IBS).
