Lactobacillus rhamnosus (strain HN001) – L. rhamnosus HN001™ -  a premium HOWARU® Lactobacillus strain probiotic scientifically studied across all life stages. When combined with La-14®, HN001™ supports healthy bacterial colonisation for women’s health.

Lactobacillus acidophilus (strain La-14)– L acidophilus La-14® - a premium HOWARU® lactic acid bacterium of human origin which has been scientifically studied. When combined with HN001™, La-14® supports healthy bacterial colonisation for women’s health.

Lactobacillus reuteri (strain KP-1E1)  Lactobacillus - probiotic that supports healthy digestive and vaginal microflora, contributing to the maintenance of normal urinary tract and vaginal health
